It was a Tuesday night in 2015.
On the cold floor of my basement apartment.
Alone and suffering from grief, despair, and hopelessness.
A subtle voice came to me and said,
“This is where so many people are.”
I had no idea where I was headed, but
I knew THIS is where I needed to be.
A child of immigrant parents, I quickly learned how to put myself into tight boxes.
Merging two VERY different cultures was not easy.
In school, I was American. Eating lunchables during lunch (which I would beg my mom to buy), purchasing new stationary supplies at the scholastic book fair, and getting involved in anything performative. At home, I was Syrian and Lebanese. Practicing proper etiquette during our main meals in the late afternoon, speaking Arabic as a primary language, and helping my dad use a calling card, dialing 011 to call Syria on the weekends.
Both cultures had no space for my highly sensitive nature and extrasensory abilities.
Growing up in Brooklyn, New York had its own set of challenges. By the time I reached High School, my soft and tender personality was shielded by walls. I found safety in having only 1 or 2 close friends. I couldn’t trust anyone. The lone wolf is how I identified myself and my mantra became,
“No one gets it.”
I bought into 3 toxic ideologies that kept me stuck.
To fit in, to pursue happiness externally, and to always put others first. And so, I quickly learned how to hide parts of my weird self, I ignored the deep feelings of unfulfillment, and avoided asking for help.
With a Bachelor’s Degree, I was working a New York City pension-paying job in Queens, while bartending at nights at a popular sports bar. From the outside, it looked like I had it all together.
But underneath it all was someone who was struggling to find their place in the world. Spending many nights deeply contemplating if I was on the right path. I didn’t have the tools and insight to guide my way.
Held by the fear of what others thought of me, I masked who I truly was.
Until my world came out from under me.
After my Baba (dad in Arabic) passed away…
I became disillusioned.
I was left with nothing.
I felt raw and emotionally exposed.
Who am I?
What is the meaning of life?
What is the purpose of my life?
My life became a science experiment.
I took a leap in 2017 and became a Wellness Coach and Fitness Instructor.
Raising the vibration in packed out indoor cycling classes and helping individuals build a resilient mindset became my speciality.
I developed Mindful Fitness, where I helped others learn how to master the art of movement, mindful eating, and ultimately ignite the joy of reaching their goals through one-on-one coaching.
But the universe had something even bigger in store for me. I received a nudge from the universe.
There was SOMETHING MORE.
I leaned in and took action.
Aside from teaching classes and coaching clients, I created the Self-Love Fitness Bootcamp. A special in-person event marrying the world of rigorous fitness exercises with spiritual practices and dancing.
I branched into my extrasensory gifts.
I began offering tarot readings and healing sessions in my tiny office space in our one bedroom apartment in Brooklyn.
In February of 2020, a few weeks before the entire world shut down, I held my first ever Awakening Workshop. Coincidence? I think not.
One year later, the beautiful mountains of Pennsylvania became my home; the perfect environment for the emergence of Mystic’s Den.
Mystic’s Den is a sacred online coaching practice.

Enhance mental clarity, reduce stress, improve focus and cultivate a greater sense of well-being by being fully engaged in the present. Strengthen awareness by paying attention to thoughts, feelings, bodily sensations, or the surrounding environment without judgment.
Goal-Setting
I specialize in teaching goal-setting techniques that revolve around guiding individuals to identify the path of least resistance, enabling them to experience heightened peace and freedom in their lives. By aligning goals with personal insights and innate strengths, individuals can navigate their journey with greater ease while achieving desired outcomes.
Purpose
Having a clear sense of purpose and direction in life can provide individuals with a deeper motivation, resilience in facing challenges, and a greater sense of meaning in their personal and professional pursuits.
